Privacy Policy

Profile details you enter during onboarding (age, sex, height, weight, goal, activity level, dietary preferences and allergies), the food you log, and weight entries you record.

Your data is used to calculate your calorie and macro targets, generate meal suggestions and show your progress. We do not sell your personal data or health information.

Before you create an account, your plan and logs are stored locally in your browser. Once accounts are available, data will be stored in an encrypted database accessible only to you.

When you ask DietGPT a question, the message and relevant plan context are processed server-side to generate a response. API credentials are never exposed to your browser.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. To make a request or ask a question, use our contact page.
